How To Train Your Dragon Review – A Soaring Success
Believe the Hype – How To Train Your Dragon is one of the Best live-action remakes I’ve ever seen. The kids will love it
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it, unless it’s a tail or a wing, or anything that gets you flying. And boy, does How To Train Your Dragon soar. Those Nightmarish, Furious Beasts had my Knees knocking and backing up in my chair at times.
It felt like it was always supposed to be a fantasy feature. The film has many breathing hot air, playing spot the difference, but die-hards will recognise the subtle changes and understand that it’s not just how you tell the story; it’s the why. HTTYD has always championed both physical and neurological differences in the most empowering way.

The animation will live on as a classic, but we’re done with school; it’s time to graduate!
I could’ve done with more scenes on how the other teens became one with their dragons, but with a 1.56 run time any additional scenes would’ve lost our younger Vikings in training.
I’m on fire for this version, and I’m burning for 2 and 3.
To quote a young Dragon rider and newly initiated fan, the film was Incredible Cool Amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5 stars
