July 2025 Most Wanted Movies – Summer of Superheroes
Who will save us this Summer? July 2025 movies have more heroes than you can count!
You wait for one superhero movie, then July 2025 hits you with two major releases. Marvel and DC go head to head for the summer movie crown. A few years ago, Marvel and the MCU seemed untouchable. However, while the MCU has struggled to recapture its old glory, the DCU (under the newly created DC Studios, headed by James Gunn) has been restructured and is now rebuilding itself with the relaunch of Superman (arguably the most famous superhero ever created) as its first release. it will be tough to count them out
Outside of Superhero movies, two legacy franchises attempt a reboot (Jurassic World Rebirth and I Know What You Did Last Summer). Netflix finally release the sequel to their successful cult action movie, with Charlize Theron returning and joined by Uma Thurman. And the Smurfs return to find a kidnapped Papa Smurf, led by Smurfette (voiced by Rihanna). July 2025 is packed full of summer blockbusters!
