My Old Ass Trailer – Coming of Age Differently

What advice would you give your younger self, and would you listen? My Old Ass is going to try and answer that question this September

Written and directed by Megan Park, ‘My Old Ass’ is a coming age story done a little bit differently. Following a night of drug experimentation, teenager Elliot (Maisy Stella) starts to see and converse with her older self, played by the fantastic Aubrey Plaza.

This looks like it will be a original, edgy yet heartfelt spin on the coming of age genre. It could even leave some of us questioning what advise we would give our younger selves and more importantly, would we actually listen? Almost like a time travel movie, where you get to go back and armed with future information, convince yourself to make different or better choices, and even treat some people better.
